Lake Ivanhoe

Full Hookup Sites: $60 nightly, $360 weekly (One week is seven nights. Weekly rates are based on stay 6 nights, get one free) Monthly (when available) $1200 + metered electric. Monthly rate only available on full hookup sites.

Splash Pad Field Sites: $60 nightly, $360 weekly. Large sites with some shade that face out onto the field that has our splash pad. Can hold any size camping unit. Water and electric on site, no sewer. Unlimited use of dump site included. (sites 2-6)

Pop-Up Sites: $60 nightly, $360 weekly. (Sites 54-58)

Large Tent Sites w/ Electric: $60 nightly, $360 weekly. Sites 63-65. Large, private tent sites that back up to our woods, not near any RVs/trailers.

Tent Sites with no Electric: $55/night. No weekly rate for non-electric tent sites. Maximum length of stay on non-electric tent site is one week. No extension cords to other sites. Rate does not include charging devices or use of laptops in common areas.

All rates include free standard speed WiFi. We have excellent WiFi reception that reaches all sites. Premium WiFi that allows for streaming speeds for up to 4 devices is an additional cost. For additional savings, purchase premium WiFi in office (rather than over your web browser).

Maximum length of stay on non-sewer sites is 2 consecutive weeks (NH State Law)

All rates based on 2 adults and 2 children under 18 and one camping unit.
Each Extra adult- $10/night
Each Extra Child (4-17 years of age) -$5/night

Extra Tent on Site: If total number of people on the site is 2 adults and 2 kids or LESS, an additional tent may be added to the site for $10 extra per night. If adding a tent adds additional people above the standard 2 adults, two kids per night, then the nightly charge for an extra tent is $25/night, which also covers the fees for two extra adults and two extra children.

No extra charge for pets, maximum two pets per campsite.

To make a reservation, please call. We do require payment in full of basic rate at the time of reservation. If you have extra people staying on your site, pay for those at check-in. You may cancel your stay up until 14 days before your check-in date for a full refund less a $20 fee. Rescheduling your stay up to 14 days before your stay is free.

No Pets Allowed In Tents

We apologize for inconvienence, but all campers with pets must be camping in hard-sided camping unit.

Weekends July and August: 2 night minimum Holiday weekends: 3 night minimum.

Visitor Campground Rates

Adults (18 yrs. and up ) $5.00/day $10.00/overnight

Children (4 – 17 yrs.) $3.00/day $5.00/overnight

Senior (65+) $3.00/day $7.00/overnight

Seasonal Information

We do not currently have any available seasonal sites.

Rates for seasonal sites with water, sewer, & metered 30 amp electric include 2 adults and 2 children under 18. Extra adults and children may be added for the season on a case by case basis. Rate includes leaving your unit over the winter if you camp with us the following spring. Two pets maximum. To get on our seasonal waiting list, please email office@lakeivanhoe.com with the size of your camper, the number of people in your party, and a brief description of your camping needs such as "We are retired and want peace and quiet" or "We have young kids and want to be close to the playground or splash pad". This information helps us find a best fit for the site available. If the camper is more than 10 years old, we also require a picture of the camper (for prospective seasonals only).
